NSM Wins in Court

NSM Comrades,

As some of you know, the NSM, Jim Ramm, and myself were sued for $10,000. by a former member "Bill White" who was thrown out of the NSM with a dishonorable discharge last July.

It is widely speculated by many that Bill White is an agent provacatuer, and it is the opinion of the NSM that he may be employed by some jewish or civil rights Organization for the purpose of disrupting and/or bankrupting legitimate White Rights groups. (Note to our readership, I am using the words opinion and speculated so this anti doesn't drag us into court again, and waste more of our funds on bs lawsuits).

Today is a good day, the NSM won in court against the frivolous lawsuit brought upon us by Bill White, and the case was actually tossed out on two seperate accounts. Count One: The Court did not hold jurisdiction over us. Count two: The Judge added that our webpages did not amount to defamation, even if the State of Virginia would have had jurisdiction over us.

White attempted to argue that the NSM hurt his buisiness by calling him jewish? White then went on to make up stories under oath claiming that Jim Ramm called to apologize to him, and that I sent out a Press Release admitting that I slandered him.

The Judge ruled in our favor, and it should have been done with. Instead, Bill White has filed an appeal to take it to Circuit Court. Legally speaking the only way this ruling gets overturned is if the Curcuit Court Judge finds that the initial Judge made a mistake, and then it would go back to the Judge who ruled in our favor for a possible trial. Thus attempting to tie up the NSM in Court for a long time, at countless dollars in Lawyers fee's and wasted time.

Bill White stated from the very start of this that he would do whatever he could do to bankrupt the NSM. We saved and archived the documents for anyone that dares to question the truth of the matter. What Bill or any other anti does not understand is, that the NSM can not be stopped, and our Victory in Court this week is just further proof that the NSM Juggernaut is unstoppable!

Any White Nationalist or so-called National Socialist that affiliates with Bill White is not welcome at any NSM sponsored event, and is a Race traitor in our eyes. That includes banishment from, ANY Rally, Meeting, or Music Concert sponsored by the NSM, NSM Records, NSM Radio, or any of our affiliates whatsoever. Any weakling or mental midget that would tie themselves to the one man train wreck will be labeled the same.
